I highly recommend Safestep. Dr. Josh White and staff provide the highest quality service. Everything is online and very easy. If you have any questions someone in the office will answer it via phone or e-mail. If no one in the office has the answer you can usually reach Dr. White and ask him yourself. I have never had a problem with billing, returns or credits. I can't imagine why anyone would want to deal with a large impersonal orthotic lab to fill shoe or AFO orders.
