- There is no cost to register and begin ordering shoes.
- Simply enter your personal information.
- Then print out, complete and fax or mail the "Account Activation" form.
- Your credit card information is secure as it is never stored on the internet.
- FREE Start-up Kit including: Sample Shoes, Measuring Sticks, Catalogs, Molding Foam, Order Forms and Medicare Compliance Package mailed to you after you provide your credit card number.

- We can send you all the forms you need, MOSTLY FILLED OUT, at NO COST and NO OBLIGATION
- Required forms will be mailed to you once you have entered registration information.
| If You Already Have a DME Supplier Number |
- We can electronically bill Medicare for you at NO ADDITIONAL COST to you.
- Medicare payments are sent directly to you, 2 - 3 weeks following fitting of shoes.
- If your Supplier number has expired, it is necessary for you to reactivate it by resubmitting the same SafeStep Supplier registration form. To check your activation status, you can call the National Supplier Clearinghouse, toll free at, 866.238.9652.
- When you have your Medicare DME Supplier number, it is necessary to register with your Regional DMERC to enable SafeStep to bill for you on your behalf.
- All required forms will be provided, FREE OF CHARGE.
